Travel Itinerary


Day 01: Arrive Delhi


 Early morning Arrival at Delhi. After a warm welcome our representative will take you to the hotel for check in. You will have sufficient  time to relax that help you in palliating all your tiredness. The hotel will be booked in advance on behalf of you.  Sightseeing tour of the city that includes several important destinations such as Qutab Minar, Red fort, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk, India Gate, Parliament, and President House. Overnight stay will be at Hotel – Delhi (B)

Day 02: Delhi – Jaipur (262km - 5hr)


The Jaipur tour will improve your next day when you will be taken to the sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Roaming through this colorful city you will be exploring the beautiful palaces and grand forts where Rajput queens and warriors resided in the days gone by. The most prominent among them are Amber Fort, City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Nahargarh Palace, Jal Mahal and many more. It remains the only city in the world signifies the nine divisions of the universe, through nine rectangular sectors. Optional - Chokhi Dhani, Later in the evening we have planned out the excursion to Chokhi Dhani complex, cultural village Resort located at a distance of 15 km from Jaipur. Rajasthani village atmosphere is recreated on the extensive ground & includes the entertainment by folk dancers & musicians. Later we shall drive back to hotel. Overnight stay will be at Hotel – Jaipur (B).

Day 03: Jaipur


Hawa Mahal, Jaipur Full Day Tour - After the morning walk near by the hotel, you will get ready  for the shopping tour in the city.You will check out the stirring art and craft work, representing the hard work of the skilled artisans. Jauhri Bazaar is one of the nice places to shop for the tie and dye items of Jaipur. Women will love exploring the light-handed  Kundan work. If you are interested in blue pottery and hand made paper, than Sanganer is the  place for you to visit. The colorful bazaars are full of Silver jewellery, semi-precious stones and handcrafted footwear are other marvelous shopping items. You can also shop for small handcrafted elephants, horses and camels and carry them back to the home as momento. Overnight stay will be at Hotel – Jaipur (B)

Day 04: Jaipur – Ranthambore (145km -3hr)


Your pleasure of seeing the wildlife at Ranthambore National Park, ends on the 4th day of the tour. A two hour drive would take you to the Ranthambore National Park. Arriving the national park in the afternoon, you will make check in at the wildlife resort. We shall arrange the wildlife tour in the evening for you that will help you understand the wildlife milieu better and the evening walk in the forest will please you with the viewing of Hanuman Langurs that are found in abundant in this area. In the Afternoon we will be having picnic at the Chambal River. In the evening we will take small sightseeing tour to discover its striking flora that comprises of Am (Magnifera Indica), Imli (Tamarindicus indica), Babul (Accasia nilotica), Banyan (Ficus benghalensis), Ber (Zizyphus mauritania), Dhak or Chila (flame of the forest), Jamun (Syzygium cumini), Kadam (Authocephalus cadamba), Khajur (Phoenix sylvestris), Khair (Accacia catechu), Karel (Capparis decidua), Khejda (Prosopis specigera), Kakera (Flacourtia indica), Mohua (Madhuca indica), Neem (Azadirachta indica), e

Day 05: Ranthambore


Day 5th is filled with the surprises and excitement . Early morning before having Breakfast, we will take Jeep Safari to the Tiger Reserve, exploring the tigers and other attractions of the jungle that include Leopards, Striped Hyenas, Sambar deer,Macaques, Jackals, Jungle cats, Rufoustailed Hare, Indian Wild Boar, Chinkara etc. After that we would oppointed ourself in birding spotting some of the rare species such as crested serpent, spoonbills, partridge, quail, parakeets, Common kingfishers, owls and storks, geese and ducks. The most visible bird in Ranthambore is the peacock, India's national bird. Later we visit the Ranthambore Fort, founded in the year 944 by the Chauhan Rajputs.  Overnight stay will be at Wildlife Resort – Ranthambore (B,L,D)

Day 06: Ranthambore - Agra via Bharatpur & Fatehpur Sikri (260 km- 6 hr)


After the day of having wildlife excursion you will drive to Agra via Bharatpur, erstwhile royal hunting retreat well known for its proximity to Keoledeo Ghana National Park, which has the largest concentration & variety of bird life in all of Asia. Stop by at Fatehpur Sikri, one of the capital cities of Akbar. This new capital came up in 1569. Upon arrival at Agra, make check in at hotel Overnight stay will be at Hotel – Agra (B)

Day 07: Agra – City Tour


Taj Mahal Agra – Jhansi (Train no.:2410 – 1715hrs-2008hrs) Jhansi – Orcha (20 km – 30 mins), Next day after having breakfast you carry with the sightseeing tour to Agra, the erstwhile capital of India under Great Mughals & known for Taj Mahal - Eternal Poetry of love, built by emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Most of the area of Agra is on the West bank of river Yamuna, with the Agra Fort & the Taj Mahal at its nucleus. Taj Mahal is quite simply one of mankind's most matchless creations. After having an early morning breakfast, visit Taj Mahal , followed by Agra Fort. Later in the afternoon you will be taken to an excursion to Sikandra , Akbar's tomb. In the evening our representative will escort you to the Agra station to board train for Jhansi, arrive Jhansi railway station our representative would assist you & transfer to Orcha. Overnight  stay will be at Hotel – Orcha (B)

Day 08: Orcha- Khajuraho (145 km-5hr)


The sightseeing tour to Orcha will transport you to the historical age, and informed  you of the rajas and Maharajas who constructed  the great forts and palaces. Post breakfast visit Orchha Fort, Jahangir Mahal, Raj Mahal, Ram Raja temple in Orchha, further drive to Khajuraho. Overnight  stay will be at Hotel – Khajuraho (B)

Day 09: Khajuraho - Bandhavgarh (200 km - 07 hr)


On the 9th day of the tour you will be visiting the most pleasure destination of the country - the Khajuraho temples made between 950 - 1050 AD by the mighty warrior kings of the Chandela dynasty, a truly inspired burst of creativity. Only 22 temples survive of the 85 originally made. Matangeshwara temple is still in worship today, continuing an unbroken 1000 year tradition. Later drive to Bandhavgarh. Upon arrival  make check in hotel, Overnight stay will be at Wildlife Resort – Bandhavgarh (B, D)

Day 10: Bandhavgarh (Two Safaris)


After having the romantic holiday tour in Khajuraho you leave for the Bandhavgarh National Park on the 10th day of the tour. Early Morning & Afternoon jeep safaris of Bandhavgarh National Park . It's much smaller than Kanha National Park, but declares to have the highest density of tiger population in India, reportedly between 46 to 52 tigers. There are also 27 leopards there. The park area is 448 sq. km. Evening free for nature walk. Overnight stay will be at Wildlife Resort – Bandhavgarh (B,L,D)

Day 11: Bandhavgarh - Kanha (200 km - 5 hr)


Continuing this wildlife tour you head towards the Kanha National Park on the 11th day of the tour. Kanha National Park is one of India's largest national parks, covering 1945 sq. km, including a core zone of 940 sq. km. Upon arrival  make check in hotel. Leisurely evening. Overnight  stay will be at Wildlife Resort – Kanha(B, L,D)

Day 12: Kanha (Two Safaris)


 You will be at the Kanha National Park in a very nexrt day. Afternoon jeep safari at the Park. Proper wildlife management over the past 30 years has noted a balanced increase in the numbers of tigers & leopards, not to mention Sambhar, Cheetal (Spotted Deer), Swamp Deer & Gaur (Indian Bison). The 1997 census put the Tiger population at 114 & the Leopards at 86. There is a reasonably good chance of sighting tigers here & this is one of the best places in the state for bird to be seen. Evening dedicated to bird watching. Overnight stay will be at Wildlife Resort – Kanha(B, L,D)

Day 13: Kanha - Jabbalpur ( 170 km - 5 hr )


Tiger in Kanha National Park Jabalpur – Delhi (Train no.:2411 – 1555 hr-0725 hr), Morning drive to Jabalpur to catch overnight train for Delhi. Overnight stay will be in the Train
 

Day 14 Delhi city tour


Full Day Tour, Finally you will be back to Delhi on the 14th day of the tour. Today we will take you with a guided tour of Old Delhi, the 17th century walled city of Shah Jahanabad, Visiting the great Jama Masjid, the principal mosque of Old Delhi. made in the year 1656 AD by the Mughals Emperor Shah Jahan, it is the largest & well known mosque in India. Later you will walk down or take a rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk, the old market place of Shah Jahanabad now a picturesque bazaar to reach Red Fort, made in the year 1648 by Shah Jehan. In New Delhi, you visit Raj Ghat, monuments of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. It is made of a simple black marble platform that marks the spot of his cremation on 31 January 1948.

Further you will drive past India Gate, memorial made in the year 1931 to commemorate the Indian soldiers who died in the World War I & the Afghan Wars. The names of the soldiers who died in these wars are inscribed on the walls. President's House, the official residence of the President of India, built in the year 1931. Until 1950 it was known as Viceroy's House & served as the residence of the Governor-General of British India. You will also visit Humayun's Tomb, memorial of Mughals Emperor Humayun, built in the year 1562.

Qutub Minar, made in the year 1206 by Qutub-ud-din Aibek. It is the tallest (72m) brick minaret in the world, an magnificent example of Indo-Islamic Architecture. Qutub Minar & its monuments are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later we will have dinner and will move  to International airport.
